Booking Rules and Regulation

- For Any Fixed Departure tour, a Minimum of 30 Heads is required.
- Below 30 heads, Only customized Packages are available.
- Seats are normally reserved on payment of 50% of total amount.
- Full and final payment is to be made before 30 days from the date of journey. If it is not paid before at least 15 days from the date of journey a compensation of Rs.100/- per head per day will be charged till not paid as a late fine.
- Bus / Car seats will be reserved on the first cum first served basis. During journey of any tour, it will be rollover basis seat allocation.
- No Choice of Seat will be accepted. The parties are requested to check their original tickets before the journey to avoid inconvenience during journey. The company (mercury tour operator/MTO) will not be liable for any dispute during journey.
- Please Book your Package at least 90 days before from the date of journey.
- Company(mto) will not be liable for any Kind of Bandh, Political disturbance, Natural Calamity during the tour . Due to this reason if the duration of tour is extended(as per the tour schedule)the extra cost has to be borne by the party.
- Manager or any company person will not undertake any liability towards any loss, damage of Life /Property, Any breakage of any belongings whatsoever of the tourist caused by any accident/theft/ robbery or any other towards happening during the tour.
- Family wise room 2 or 3 person in a Double Bedded room. Mattress on floor may be provide if possible . The Charges for the Mattress, Pillows, Blankets, Room heater will be charged extra and to be borne by the party. The Rooms at Kedarnath/Badrinath/ Amarnath/Gangotri/Jamunotri/Gourikund / Sitapur will be Dormitory Basis.
- Every Passenger should carry One Middle Size Suitcase/ Hand Bag (Per person One bag). carrying Cost/ Coolie cost/ Porter Cost for Extra Luggage will be borne by the passenger.
- Full and Final Payment should be done in our Head Office only. No one from our office will collect the full and final payment from any customer from their residence /office.
- 5% GST on the total package amount is applicable
- Insurance coverage is compulsory by paying extra charges.
- If the tour is Canceled by us for any reason then the party may switch over to any other tour or may avail any tour within a span of one year and the payment will be adjusted in the next tour within the same duration after that payment will be non adjustable . No cash will be refunded.
Cancellation Rules
75% of the total amount will be charged as cancellation if the tour is cancelled 15 days before tour.
No Refund / Adjustment is allowed Within 14 Days (two weeks) of the Tour.
Cancellation will not be accepted by telephone / Whatsapp
In case of any Refund, it will be initiated within 60 Days of cancellation period.
Booking of Seats means that the passenger has accepted the Term and Condition of Mercury Tour Operator(MTO).
