Tour Itinerary

Day 1: Departure from Howrah

Begin your journey with an overnight train from Howrah Railway Station. Settle in and enjoy the scenic views as you travel across beautiful landscapes en route to Raxaul.

Day 2: Arrival at Raxaul – Transfer to Chitwan

Arrive at Raxaul Railway Station in the morning, where you will be greeted and transferred to Chitwan in Nepal. Check in to your hotel in Chitwan and relax after the journey. 

*Optional Activity*: In the afternoon, you may choose to go on a jungle safari in Chitwan National Park, a UNESCO World Heritage Site known for its Bengal tigers, one-horned rhinoceroses, elephants, and diverse bird species.

Day 3: Chitwan to Lumbini

After breakfast, check out and travel to Lumbini, the birthplace of Gautama Buddha and a revered pilgrimage site. Upon arrival, explore the sacred sites of Lumbini: 

Maya Devi Temple: Marking the exact spot where Buddha was born. 

Sacred Garden and various temples built by Buddhist communities from around the world.

Day 4: Lumbini to Pokhara 

After breakfast, check out from your hotel and proceed to Pokhara, a scenic lakeside town surrounded by stunning mountain vistas. Arrive in Pokhara by evening, check in to your hotel, and enjoy the serene beauty of Phewa Lake at your leisure.

Day 5: Pokhara Sightseeing 

After breakfast, explore the major attractions of Pokhara: 

Bindhyabasini Temple: A Hindu temple dedicated to Goddess Durga. 

Devi’s Falls: A unique waterfall disappearing into an underground tunnel. 

Seti River Gorge: A natural wonder carved by the Seti River. 

Mahendra Cave: A limestone cave with impressive rock formations. 

Spend the evening at leisure by the lakeside.

Day 6: Pokhara to Kathmandu via Manakamana 

After breakfast, check out from your hotel and head toward Kathmandu. En route, visit the Manakamana Ropeway, where you may take a cable car ride (at your own cost) to the Manakamana Temple, a revered pilgrimage site dedicated to the goddess Bhagwati. Continue to Kathmandu and check into your hotel by evening.

Day 7: Kathmandu Sightseeing

After breakfast, explore the historical and cultural landmarks of Kathmandu: 

Pashupatinath Temple: A sacred Hindu temple dedicated to Lord Shiva. 

Swayambhunath Temple (Monkey Temple): A Buddhist temple with panoramic views of the Kathmandu Valley. 

Guheswari Temple: A Shakti Peeth and sacred shrine for Hindus. 

Boudhanath Stupa : One of the largest stupas in Nepal and a major pilgrimage site for Buddhists.

Day 8: Excursion to Bhaktapur and Nagarkot

After breakfast, embark on an excursion to **Bhaktapur Durbar Square**, a UNESCO World Heritage Site known for its historic palaces and temples. Continue to **Nagarkot**, a hilltop village famed for its Himalayan views. Enjoy the scenic surroundings, and, if possible, catch a magical sunset over the mountains. Return to Kathmandu in the evening.

Day 9: Kathmandu to Birgunj

After breakfast, check out from your hotel in Kathmandu and transfer to Birgunj, near the Indian border. Arrive by evening and check into your hotel. The evening is free to explore or relax.

Day 10: Departure from Birgunj – Return to Howrah

After breakfast, check out from the hotel and transfer to Raxaul Railway Station for your train back to Howrah. Board your train and relax as you journey back with cherished memories of your Nepal adventure.

Day 11: Arrival at Howrah

Arrive back at Howrah Railway Station with unforgettable experiences from your Nepal tour.

Program Changes: The itinerary is subject to change based on unforeseen circumstances.

Entry Fees: All entry fees are to be paid by the travelers as extra charges.

Seat Allocation: Seats on the bus will be allocated on a rotational basis; no special seat requests can be accommodated.

Road Travel: Overland journeys will be conducted in a 2×1 seat Tempo Traveller vehicle.

Railway Journey: Meals, tea, and water will not be provided during train journeys.

Hotel Accommodation: Travelers may not all be accommodated in the same hotel. Some guests may stay in nearby hotels of a similar standard.

No Smoking/Plastic-Free Zone: Smoking is strictly prohibited in all areas, and all locations are plastic-free zones.

Hotel Room Arrangements: Triple-bed rooms are not available; additional floor mattresses will be provided for extra guests if necessary.

Luggage: Please bring minimal luggage. Avoid carrying unnecessary items and ensure suitcases do not exceed 22 inches in length.

Identification: A valid ID card must be presented at all required locations.

Liability: The company is not liable for any loss or damage to personal belongings during the journey and will not offer compensation for lost items.

Cooperation: Travelers are requested to cooperate with the tour manager and staff throughout the trip.
