Tour Itinerary
Day 01: Departure from Kolkata
Departure from Kolkata at 11:45 AM by train 13151 Jammu Tawi Express.
Day 02: Enroute
Full day on the train journey to Jammu.
Day 03: Arrival in Jammu
Arrival in Jammu at 9:00 AM & Transfer to the hotel for check-in and relaxation.
Day 04: Journey to Pahalgam
After a healthy breakfast, check out from the hotel.Begin the scenic drive to Pahalgam with a stop for lunch en route. Evening arrival in Pahalgam and check-in at *Hotel Grand Abdullah* for a comfortable stay.
Day 05: Pahalgam Sightseeing
After breakfast, enjoy a day exploring the beautiful valleys around Pahalgam. Visit Betaab Valley and Aru Valley, known for their breathtaking landscapes. Optional visit to Chandanbari (at your own cost). Return to the hotel in the evening.
Day 06: Transfer to Srinagar
After breakfast, check out from the hotel and depart for Srinagar. Check-in at *Hotel Saha Abbas* upon arrival. After lunch, visit the famous Shankaracharya Temple, located on a hilltop with panoramic views of Srinagar and the surrounding valley.
Day 07: Day Trip to Gulmarg
Early morning departure for Gulmarg, a paradise for adventure enthusiasts. Enjoy activities like Gondola rides (optional) that offer breathtaking views of the valley. Spend the day exploring the scenic beauty of Gulmarg before returning to Srinagar in the evening.
Day 08: Day Trip to Sonmarg
Early morning departure for Sonmarg. Breakfast and lunch en route as you travel to this hill station, northeast of Srinagar. At an altitude of 9,186 feet, Sonmarg, or the “Meadow of Gold,” offers stunning views of clear blue skies and beautiful meadows. Enjoy the day soaking in the scenic beauty before returning to Srinagar. En route visit Khirbhawani Temple
Day 09: Srinagar Local Sightseeing
After breakfast, embark on a sightseeing tour of Srinagar. Visit the famous Mughal Gardens , lncluding Nishat Bagh (Garden of Pleasure) and Shalimar Bagh (Abode of Love). Enjoy the picturesque landscapes, fountains, and floral displays, especially at Tulip Garden if in bloom. Return to the hotel in the evening for an overnight stay.
Day 10: Journey to Katra
Early morning departure at 6:00 AM for Katra. Arrival in Katra around 4:00 PM and check-in at Hotel. After dinner, start the pilgrimage trek to Vaishno Devi temple and return to the hotel by early morning.
Day 11: Rest Day in Katra
Take the day to rest and recuperate from the Vaishno Devi pilgrimage.
Day 12: Departure for Jammu
Check out from the hotel in Katra around 2:00 PM and transfer to Jammu Railway Station. Relax in the waiting room before the departure of the train at 8:35 PM for Kolkata.
Day 13: Enroute
Full day on the train journey back to Kolkata.
Day 14: Arrival in Kolkata
Arrive at Kolkata Station at 3:30 PM, marking the end of a memorable tour.
Important Notes:
Program Changes: The itinerary is subject to change based on unforeseen circumstances.
Entry Fees: All entry fees are to be paid by the travelers as extra charges.
Seat Allocation: Seats on the bus will be allocated on a rotational basis; no special seat requests can be accommodated.
Road Travel: Overland journeys will be conducted in a 2×1 seat Tempo Traveller vehicle.
Railway Journey: Meals, tea, and water will not be provided during train journeys.
Hotel Accommodation: Travelers may not all be accommodated in the same hotel. Some guests may stay in nearby hotels of a similar standard.
No Smoking/Plastic-Free Zone: Smoking is strictly prohibited in all areas, and all locations are plastic-free zones.
Hotel Room Arrangements: Triple-bed rooms are not available; additional floor mattresses will be provided for extra guests if necessary.
Luggage: Please bring minimal luggage. Avoid carrying unnecessary items and ensure suitcases do not exceed 22 inches in length.
Identification: A valid ID card must be presented at all required locations.
Liability: The company is not liable for any loss or damage to personal belongings during the journey and will not offer compensation for lost items.
Cooperation: Travelers are requested to cooperate with the tour manager and staff throughout the trip.
Personal Luggage Responsibilit: During train journeys, travelers should take extra care of their luggage.
Optional Activities: Visits to Betaab Valley, Aru Valley, and Chandan Bari are optional and at the travelers’ own cost. Charges for additional activities such as ropeway tickets, Shikara rides, and pony rides must also be covered by travelers.
