Booking - Cancellation and Refund Policy

Booking Policy

  • A minimum 50% advance payment is required at the time of booking confirmation.
  • The remaining 50% balance payment must be cleared at least 30 days prior to departure.
  • For international bookings, payment is subject to the prevailing Rate of Exchange (ROE) on the date of payment.
  • Bookings will be treated as confirmed only after payment is successfully credited to our account.
  • Any increase in airfare, hotel tariff, transport cost, taxes, or government levies after booking shall be payable by the guest.
  • Any amendment or rescheduling after confirmation will be subject to availability and applicable service charges.

Cancellation Policy – Domestic Tours

  • Cancellation after confirmation: 30% of total tour cost
  • 30 to 16 days before departure: 50% of total tour cost
  • 15 to 8 days before departure: 75% of total tour cost
  • Within 7 days of departure / No Show: 100% of total tour cost

Cancellation Policy – International Tours

  • At booking stage: 30% non-refundable booking amount + visa / insurance / ticket charges (if applicable)
  • 60 to 45 days before departure: 40% cancellation charge
  • 44 to 30 days before departure: 65% cancellation charge
  • Less than 30 days before departure / No Show: 100% cancellation charge

Visa Rejection / Refusal

  • Visa fees, processing charges, insurance charges, and actual supplier cancellation charges will be deducted.
  • If air tickets are issued, airline cancellation charges will apply separately.

Refund Policy

  • Refunds, wherever applicable, will be processed within 15 to 30 working days after receiving cancellation confirmation and settlement from suppliers.
  • Airline, hotel, cruise, transport, and other supplier refunds will be subject to their individual policies.
  • No refund will be applicable for any unused service after commencement of the tour.

Force Majeure

In case of natural calamity, political disturbance, road blockage, flight cancellation, epidemic, weather disruption, or any unforeseen event beyond our control, refund will depend entirely on recoveries received from hotels, airlines, transporters, and other service providers. Service charges remain non-refundable.

Peak Season / Special Departure

During peak season, festival periods, long weekends, and special departures, cancellation charges may be higher depending on supplier policy.

Important Note

All cancellation requests must be submitted in writing by email. Cancellation date will be considered from the date of receipt of written communication.
