Tour Itinerary

Day 1: Departure from Howrah

Journey Start:** Board the Ahmedabad Express from Howrah for an exciting journey to Gujarat.

Day 2 : Overnight at Train

Day 3 : Arrival in Ahmedabad

Arrival at Ahmedabad: Reach Ahmedabad by noon and check in to your hotel.

Akshardham Temple (Optional): If time permits, visit the beautiful Akshardham Temple, known for its stunning architecture and spiritual ambiance. Return to the hotel in Ahmedabad for an overnight stay.

 Day 4 : Ahmedabad Local Sightseeing

Ahmedabad Sightseeing: Explore key attractions in Ahmedabad: Sabarmati Ashram: Visit the historic residence of Mahatma Gandhi, a place of peace and history.

Kankaria Lake: Enjoy the serene views and activities around this popular lake.

Sidi Saiyyed Mosque: Admire the iconic stone latticework of this 16th-century mosque.

Return to the hotel in Ahmedabad for the night.

Day 5 : Ahmedabad to Little Rann of Kutch

Head towards the Little Rann of Kutch with stops at interesting points:

 Visit the beautiful Modhera Sun Temple known for its exquisite carvings and historical significance.  Explore Patan Rani ki Vav , this UNESCO World Heritage stepwell, renowned for its intricate architecture.  Arrive at Little Rann of Kutch and check into your hotel for the night.

Day 6 : Little Rann of Kutch to Dwarka

Transfer to Dwarka: Depart for Dwarka, a sacred city on the western coast of Gujarat. Check into your hotel in Dwarka and relax.

Day 7 : Dwarka Local Sightseeing and Bet Dwarka

Begin with the day with Dwarkadhish Temple, dedicated to Lord Krishna.

Nageshwar Jyotirlinga Temple: Explore one of the twelve Jyotirlinga shrines of Shiva.

Rukmini Devi Temple: A beautiful temple dedicated to Rukmini, the consort of Lord Krishna.

Take a ferry to Bet Dwarka, an island known for its sacred temples and mythology. Return to Dwarka for an overnight stay.

Day 8 : Dwarka to Somnath

After breakfast, proceed to Somnath, a historic town known for its temples. Check into your hotel in Somnath for the night.

Day 9 : Somnath – Diu – Porbandar – Sasan Gir

Begin the day with a visit to the Somnath Temple, one of the 12 Jyotirlinga shrines.

Head towards Diu, a former Portuguese colony with scenic beaches and forts.

Explore the historic Diu Fort and the nearby Naida Caves.  Stop by in Porbandar, the birthplace of Mahatma Gandhi, to visit Kirti Mandir.

Continue to Sasan Gir, famous for its Asiatic lions.  Check into your hotel in Sasan Gir for the night.

Day 10 : Gir Jungle Safari – Transfer to Baroda.

Begin the day with a thrilling morning safari in Gir National Park to spot Asiatic lions and other wildlife.  After the safari, travel to Baroda. Check into your hotel in Baroda for the night.

Day 11 : Statue of Unity and Transfer to Ahmedabad

Statue of Unity: Visit the iconic Statue of Unity, the tallest statue in the world, dedicated to Sardar Vallabhbhai Patel.  After the visit, head back to Ahmedabad.  Board the train from Ahmedabad at 12:25 am (early hours of 27th January) for your return journey to Howrah.

Day 12 : Mid Night train from Ahmedabad

 

Day 13 : Overnight at Train

Day 14 : Arrival at Howrah.

Arrival at Howrah:** Reach Howrah at approximately 2:25 pm, marking the end of a memorable Gujarat tour.

Important Notes:

Program Changes: The itinerary is subject to change based on unforeseen circumstances.

Seat Allocation: Seats on the bus will be allocated on a rotational basis; no special seat requests can be accommodated.

Road Travel: Overland journeys will be conducted in a 2×1 seat Tempo Traveller vehicle.

Railway Journey: Meals, tea, and water will not be provided during train journeys.

Hotel Accommodation: Travelers may not all be accommodated in the same hotel. Some guests may stay in nearby hotels of a similar standard.

No Smoking/Plastic-Free Zone: Smoking is strictly prohibited in all areas, and all locations are plastic-free zones.

Hotel Room Arrangements: Triple-bed rooms are not available; additional floor mattresses will be provided for extra guests if necessary.

Luggage: Please bring minimal luggage. Avoid carrying unnecessary items and ensure suitcases do not exceed 22 inches in length.

Identification: A valid ID card must be presented at all required locations.

Liability: The company is not liable for any loss or damage to personal belongings during the journey and will not offer compensation for lost items.

Cooperation: Travelers are requested to cooperate with the tour manager and staff throughout the trip.

Personal Luggage Responsibility: During train journeys, travelers should take extra care of their luggage.
