Cost of pre or post tour hotel accommodation
Any extra expense such as route change, Airline change, Date change, Accommodation facilities, etc incurred due to the unforeseen, unavoidable forced majeuere circumstances during the tour.
Any extra cost incurred on behalf of an individual due to illness, accident, hospitalization, or any personal emergency.
In case a passenger is opting for direct joining, the cost for airport transfers shall be borne directly by the passenger and will join the group at the hotel.

Day 1: Arrival in Rome
Welcome to Rome, the Eternal City Upon arrival, our Tour Manager will greet you and assist with check-in at the hotel. Spend the evening at leisure, soaking in the city’s charm. Overnight in Rome. (Dinner)
Day 2: Rome City Tour – Vatican City
Start your day with a guided city tour of Rome. Visit the historic Colosseum (photo stop), the Trevi Fountain, and other iconic landmarks. Proceed to Vatican City, the world’s smallest country, and marvel at the grandeur of St. Peter’s Basilica, adorned with masterpieces by Michelangelo and Bernini. Overnight in Rome. Day 3: Rome to Florence and Pisa
Travel to Florence, the city of Renaissance art and culture. Visit Piazzale Michelangelo for panoramic views of Florence. Explore the Piazza della Signoria, the Duomo, and the Baptistery Gates of Paradise. Continue to Pisa and visit the Field of Miracles to see the Leaning Tower, Cathedral, and Baptistry. Day 4: Tuscany to Venice

Day 5: Venice to Innsbruck via Swarovski Museum
Travel to Innsbruck, Austria. Stop at Vaduz in Liechtenstein for a scenic train ride. Visit the Swarovski Crystal Museum in Wattens to see its stunning crystal displays. Day 6: Innsbruck to Switzerland via Rhine Falls

Day 7: Mount Titlis and Lucerne Tour

Day 10: Germany to Amsterdam

Day 11: Amsterdam to Brussels

Day 12: Disneyland Paris or Guided City Tour

TERMS & CONDITIONS
Booking amount or initial deposit is minimum Rs. 45,000 per person if booking is done 45 days before travel.
For travel within 60 days of travel minimum deposit of Rs. 1,00,000 per person needs to be paid at time of booking.
Full 100% balance payment is required to be done 30 days prior to travel.
Full payment must be made in accordance with the policy stated above.
In case of non-compliance thereto by the client, the company reserves a right to cancel the tour /booking of the client and forfeit the amount already deposited with the Company.
In case of any visa rejection, the cancellation charges will be Rs. 45,000 per person plus any Visa Fees Paid ( 45 DAYS PRIOR )
Passport should be valid for 6 months from the date of departure.
Within 30 days the tour is completely non-refundable.
International Check in time is 1500 hours / Check out time is 1100 hours, early check in and check-out is subject to availability and cannot be guaranteed.
For guaranteed check-in; charges equivalent to 1 night stay will be applicable.
Tours will operate subject to all Government regulations
It is suggested to carry one check in bag and one hand bag per person only, due to limited boot space in the coach
In case of any increase in any taxes in Europe, there would be a change in price which will be justified
No refunds for unutilized services.
Minimum passengers required to operate the tour is 30. In case the group strength falls below 30, the group may be
merged with a similar tour. However you will not miss any sightseeing as mentioned in the itinerary.
On some occasions, you may have to join another group in case your group does not have adequate members.
If certain sightseeing/excursions are closed, then alternate sight-seeing will be arranged.
In case of inordinate delays and strict driving laws, packed dinner may be provided on that day.
In case the passenger is joining directly, the arrival transfers have to be arranged by them or booked separately.
In case the passenger is departing by their own flight (from Milan) or Rome, arrangements of transfers have to be done
by them directly or paid on tour to the tour manager based on the cost advised by them.
