Day 1: Arrival at NJP / Bagdogra – Transfer to Darjeeling

Once you arrive at NJP railway station or Bagdogra airport, our driver will greet you and take you on a scenic drive to Darjeeling. You’ll pass through lush tea gardens and winding hill roads before reaching the “Queen of Hills.” After checking in to your hotel, spend the evening at leisure – take a walk on Mall Road or just relax and enjoy the cool mountain breeze.

Day 2: Darjeeling Sightseeing – Famous Sunrise and Local Highlights

Start your day early (around 4:00 AM) for a memorable sunrise at Tiger Hill, where the first rays of the sun touch Mt. Kanchenjunga. On the way back, visit the Batasia Loop, a unique spiral railway track with a lovely garden and War Memorial, and the serene Ghoom Monastery.

After breakfast, head out for a local tour covering:

Darjeeling Zoo – home to endangered Himalayan species like the red panda.

Himalayan Mountaineering Institute – a tribute to Tenzing Norgay and Everest expeditions.

Day 3: Darjeeling to Gangtok Transfer

After breakfast, check out from your Darjeeling hotel and head towards Gangtok, the capital of Sikkim. The journey takes about 4–5 hours and offers beautiful views, especially along the Teesta River. Upon reaching Gangtok, check in at your hotel. Spend the evening strolling around MG Marg, the city’s lively shopping and dining hub.

Day 4: Excursion to Tsomgo Lake & Baba Mandir

Today’s adventure takes you to Tsomgo Lake, a stunning high-altitude glacial lake located about 12,300 feet above sea level. Surrounded by snow-capped peaks, this sacred lake is a must-visit in Sikkim. You can enjoy a yak ride or just soak in the breathtaking views.

Next, visit Baba Harbhajan Singh Mandir, a shrine dedicated to an Indian army soldier, which is deeply revered by locals and army personnel.

Optional (extra cost): If you’re interested and the weather permits, you can also visit Nathula Pass, the Indo-China border crossing.

Return to Gangtok in the evening and relax at your hotel.

Day 5: Gangtok Local Sightseeing – Discover the City

Explore Gangtok’s famous local sights today, including:
